1. No Return / No Exchange / No Replacement

Torsha Fashion follows a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Replacement policy for all products.

This includes situations such as:

Size issues

Color variation due to screen or lighting

Change of mind

Product not liked

Wrong product ordered by the customer

Delay caused by courier partners

Once the order is delivered, no changes or requests will be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT provided under any circumstances except in one specific case:

✅ Refund is applicable ONLY for duplicate payment/duplicate transaction.

If the customer is charged twice accidentally for the same order:

Customer must provide proof of duplicate transaction (payment screenshot, bank/UPI statement, etc.)

Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded

Refund will be processed and credited within 3–7 working days to the original payment method

No other refund requests will be considered.
